23:07 RX'd (01/02/13)Great WOD! I was able to get the first 3 rounds unbroken. My first round was 3:20 and finished 3 in 10:45. I ended up doing 6 additional reps for each exercise at the end of the WOD to make an even 150 reps. Finished that at 23:35.

29:54 this was one of those workouts that I wanted to stop after four rounds because 4 rounds would have been enough, but I finished it.Sandra R.
I'm a little embarrassed to post this. I severely modified the wod and it still took me forever.I changed it to 4 rounds and only did 200m runs because anything after about 800m makes my stomach hurt.Morgan- 21:51 (there was at least 2-3 minutes in there where I was consoling Wyatt because some kid hit him while riding a bike, but still this took me forever.)
28:10 Rx'dI mistakenly did the run at the beginning of each round instead of at the end. The pushups were definitely the most challenging part of this WOD.
Thought I'd post my time to make you all feel better!Good Job Lisa and Morgan. Don't worry Morgan you will be back to kicking my _ _ _ soon. :)36:23 DeneshiaPush ups - super slow lots of breaks, mostly knee assist. Disapointed with push ups, used to be so easy for me. I think these muscles might not improve due to old surgery, but will keep trying. squats - slow steady and controlled. Form is looking much better (I think, need to record again) assit to bosou.Lunges - amazing improvement since March all rounds unbroken.
Just did this WOD today 1/7/13! Not bad, just around theend of the 5Th rd; PU where getting Brutal on the Shoulder. Was still sore from the 100 P/Clns from Fridays WO! The run was my slowest part, the rest went well!29:04Rx'd
