Another PR! The Deadlifts felt strong moderately easy. The Burpees became hard after the 3rd round but I was able to maintain without pausing.

7:36; 160lbs

DL's are still slow for me at this weight. Burpees were good. I can only do 1 DL at a time. Leslie was able to string together 3 at a time! Bad ass. Thanks girl.

Just did this WOD with Krista! I didn't do very well this time around. DL's where solid, was able to knock out 3,2 reps each Rd, Burpess where a bit slow. Should of pushed for 165lbs; not sure how I did it last time!! Thanks Krista great job!

Jen thanks you for asking me Lol, I just reread this, I did 160! It felt like 170#'s HA HA!
