7:17 Rx'dA new PR! Not a bad way to start the new year! Dropped bar once on each round of thrusters. It took everything to get the last 2 or 3 thrusters each round. First round of pullups got 15-6. 3:38 RX'd (01/08/13) PRI finally did it! Sub 4:00. Jen posted this since I worked the last four days and I was not happy nor was I looking forward to it. I was tired but I still gave myself a goal of sub 4:00. I started off great and pushed hard on my 21 thrusters and Pullups. I immediately dropped from the bar and did 15 Thrusters and 15 Pullups. Again I dropped from the bar and started doing Thrusters and got to 6 on my last round. I then for the first time looked at the clockI was at 2:54. I picked the bar up knocked out my last 3 and did 6 Pullups right away. Took a 2 second rest and did my last 3. I was shocked. I felt great after until about 5 minutes post WOD and felt slightly nauseous. I am so glad we did this, Now! Thanks Jen. Great job as well. 9:57Rx'dWell, I wasn't as fast as I thought I would be on this WO today, my joints hurt from this cold! Thrusters where really deep this time, PU's where a bit better for me. Couln't find any other times for this WO.

9:16 Rx'dI will work on getting closer to 8 min for this wod this year! TH's unbroken but slow; upper body wiped from "JT" yesterday. PU's weren't too bad; for me! Oh well. Felt good, got 11 thrusters, then just held the bar racked, then did 10. Got 8 pull-ups in a row, then 7, then 5 at a time. 2nd round I dropped the bar once. Pull-ups were about 5 at a time. 3rd round I did drop the bar once, pull-ups were 5, 3 then 1! I'm on my iPad so I don't have the search bar on this page for previous times.
Uh time was 8:16 :-)
