Didn't want to run in the rain today, So I picked an older WO! Ft/Sqts where all unbroken, Burpess where the worst, PU's where good, 2at a time.

Good WOD although I did not feel up for it today! I finished round 3 at 9:58. Pullups were unbroken and I never dropped the bar on Front Squats.

This was a good WOD! Pullups went well, 6/5 each round. Only dropped the bar once in round 4, otherwise they were unbroken with a little rest in the middle.

Krista killed the front squats as I knew she would! I tried to be just a little faster on the run and pullups but we ended up about even. :-) Thanks! Needed that push today!

Pullups were 7-4 or 8-3 but sllloooww...FS was slow too. Glad it is done. Jenette did great as I knew she would! Thank you.

I gave it my all on that last round to keep it under 4 minutes. completed the 1st round in 3:30. Did everything unbroken except the last round of pullups (7-4). Great job everyone, this was tough!
