I wasn't feeling it today, but it was good to get a longer WOD in. Burpee box jumps were the worst! All SDHPs unboken, thrusters unbroken rounds 1-4.

STUPID! Jen threw this on me and my legs are still toast from Karen. My legs would not move and were very sore from the start. As I got going my legs became jello! This sucked!
