My goal was sub 10. I was very sore and stiff from the past 2 WOD's, my ankle was bothering me and was not up for an all out WOD. My thrusters were 15, 15/5 and 21/9. Jen really pushed hard on this one. Great job babe!

Used 75# for 1st round, Rx'd for the rest.

I wasn't quite ready for that 80# thruster - probably would only be able to get 2 at a time - so I went with 75# again. This Workout wiped me out for the rest of the day.

Rnd 1: 8-4-3
Rnd 2: 11-9
Rnd 3: 18-12

Wow I dropped the bar 2 times in the first round 2 times in the second round and 2 times in the third round and still beat my previous time. I think I pushed the run harder than I did the first time.
