The last round hurt, plus it was COLD! All KBs unbroken, Pullups were unbroken on round 1, then 8-4, 4-4-4.

It was Knife ASS COLD today! It made this WOD even harder! Krista and Rachel pushed real hard on this one. Run was slow, KB's felt like 40#'s, PU 2 at a time!

Jen!! You are just smashing your times and leaving us in the dust...! Keep it up!

I killed my first 400m at 1:35; but did 3 or 4 extra KB's the first round too-oops. Pullups were 6-4-2. Much work to do; apparently! Great job Leslie and Rachel; thanks for the wod.

Did this with a friend who is new to CF...she tried pull-ups w/green band and I was stopping to put it on and take it off. Otherwise, KB's were unbroken, pull-ups were 5/4/3.

Good job everyone! Jen and Paul, that was FAST. :-)

Pullups 1) 7 unbroken no band, 5 purple band 2) 5 unbroken no band...dang arms cramping...pause and slowing down (don't need rhabdo again)... 7 purple band 3) purple band broken.
GRRRRR proud of my pullups but was hoping for much more, now hydrating.

Some of my pullups werent great, but most were fine. Could only do two at a time. Glad i got the pullup bar up at home. Does swing a bit though...better than nothing!
