I was hoping for my fourth PR of the year, but it wasn't happening. My fingers were SO COLD that it hurt to hold the WB. I kept taking breaks trying to warm up my hands. I tried wearing gloves, but it made the ball to slippery. Oh, well. Hope the rest of you do better!

Much better form and getting the height...but lots of airballs not sure why I'm having trouble making them wallballs.
19:18 total- did 20 more slow and controlled to really focus on form. Next time RX'd.

Not quite sure of the remaining reps. I know I did the first 81 in 2:50 and finshed 100 at 3:50. My legs cramped up immediately when finished!
