5 Rounds
10 Lunge - Cossack Squat Combo
10 Hindu Pushups
10 Hindu Squats
10 Alligator Pushups

Then,
3X4 Moves "Build a Burpee"

This is to be done at a good pace and not timed.

This was a good workout. I got a good stretch and learned some new moves. My arms were dead by the end, especially after yesterday's WOD. The last 3 alligator pushups each round were killing me!
