I felt fast! It may have helped knowing there were 3 Bobcats in the yard of my neighbor. Otherwise I am sleep deprived!

Did todays WOD 12/21/12! Not to bad had to push myself to something today!! The run was very COLD; I sub WB's, Burpess where slow and stiff.

Terrible time, but my burpees and wallballs have come a long way. Everything unbroken but have to take a breather between everything.
Managed to talk myself into this one.

Did this 12/26/12 @Davis Monthan AirForce Base. My father in law took Jared and I but none of us did the same workout.

So glad to be able to do a burpee again! I'm not fast anymore but thankfully the strength is no longer totally lacking.
