PR on something (ie. 400M, Deadlift, Max BJ's in 1 minute)

Morgan and I did this at the park
5 rounds
400m run
12 burpees
12 bench dips

But, we did "pregnant burpees" which were squat and pushup against a wall= 1 rep

Thanks Lisa for posting this. I'll have to get back in the habit! Paul, Lisa told me about the crossfitMOM site for some pregnancy workouts. It's likely for the next little while, I'll be doing those. Do you want us preggos to post only when we do a FE wod or can we also comment about other workouts we choose, even if it varies from what you post?
