Round 2 = 1:20
Round 3 = 1:41
Round 4 = 1:36
Round 5 = 1:26
This was hard! My double Unders were Unbroken except for Round 3 when I tripped up twice.?? Push Press was tough. I was unbroken on Round 1 and can't remember about Round 2. Otherwise the rest were split into 6 and 4. I can't imagine doing 185#!

This was extremely difficult! This is my max push jerk weight in a wod. I got 6 in a row on the first round, but then went down to 3 in a row by the end, completely relied on the dip drive and then pushed down under the bar. The jumprope was a rest. Thanks to Julie for joining! Her first push press wod w/45# and she killed it.

Intense.
I was sweating bullets! DU's went well; first set got 40+10; I would get 30+ take a break and finish out the rest. PP/PJ were good. Think it went like 8/2, 6/4, 5/3/2, 4/4/2, 4/3/3. Failed at 4 in the 4th round; had to drop it.

Jen - you had awesome form on those push jerks!
Leslie - way to push through with that weight!!

Krista and Leslie kicked my but on this one! I was really excited because I did 5 DU's in a row (no single jump in between) a couple times before the WOD. So I started off the WOD trying to them that way and then switched after about 8, then it was hard to get my rythym back, so the first round of DU's took longer than it should have. Push jerks were tough - managed to start with 4 every round, but had to break into 3 sets.

Round 1: 3:45

Round 4: 4:10
Round 5: 3:34

All of you did amazing on this WOD!!! For me Intence was not the word of the day LOl! 70#'s I think was the most weight I have used for PP's. Thanks Jen and Krista for push. DU's I truely SUCK at!
