Did this again today.21:40 w/ 25# GMsReally happy that I improved from my last time. Guess 10# lighter weights helped. Felt good with my running.
24:50 Rx'dFelt good on the first run, came in at 3:40. Last time I did the GM's holding the bar with my hands and arms straight down. This time I put it on my shoulders. It' wasn't harder but I def felt slower because the bar rolls up and down on my neck. Also, my left shoulder is slightly tweaked from JT yesterday. SO! I wanted to be faster, will have to try again.
