Front Squats (60#/95#)
Pushups (Hand Release)
Box Jumps (20"/24")

*1 Round consists of 7 FS's, 7 PU's, 7 BJ's, 14 FS's, 14 PU's, 14 BJ's, 21 FS's, 21 PU's and 21 BJ's. Then Repeat.

I finished 2 Rounds at 13:00.
Good WOD! I had to stack 2 weight plates on top of a 20" box and it made it a little slick and slightly higher than 24". I may have been slightly faster if I wasn't being careful.

I liked the different change up in this WOD! Not fast on the BJ's anymore, thats what slowed me down.

subed jumping lunges for box jump.
FS45# or 12.5 curl bar - getting better but still needs improvement.
Pushups - many with knee assist.

1 round + 7-14 and 3 Front Squats at the beginning of the set of 21's.

I agree with Krista Box Jumps are a bit off for me.
