With a 15 Minute Running Clock do:
1 Mile Run
50 Pullups
60 Pushups (Hand Release)
70 Situps
*(Break up as needed)
with time remaining, Do Max Rep Double Unders

1 Mile ~ 6:15
Started DU's at 1:00 left
DU's = 40 and 31.
I did this after a long day and hungry. I didn't ever do a warm-up since I only had 15 minutes. My did felt slow but am happy with my time. I then was able to do 21 each of Pullups, Pushups and Situps unbroken. I then finished them up in different sets. DU's were good and did 2 sets in the last minute. Good WOD!

Finished my last 400m at 15:10 and still had 10 pullups left. completed in 16:04. Did better last time - I guess my strategy didn't work...

3/4 mile, 45 pullups, 60 situps and 70 pushups (I apparently mixed up my situps/pushups)

Rx'd plus 32 DUs (12/6/12)

I was going for 50 plus DUs but messed up at 32. Right when I was resetting myself the buzzer went off. Not sure of the my mile time I was listening to music instead of having the timer up on my phone.

3/4 mi, 40 pullups, 50 pushups, 60 situps. I was planning to do 10 of each and then one last run to complete it. Was planning to complete it when the kids crashed their bikes into each other. They are fine but certainly did a lot of crying.
