11 Overhead Squats (60#/95#)
10 Situps
9 SDHP (60#/95#)
8 Pushups
7 Deadlifts (Body Weight)
6 Pullups
5 Kettlebells (35#/53#)
4 Burpees
3 Squat Cleans (60#/95#)
2 Box Jumps (20"/24")
1 Clean and Jerk (60#/95#)

Do 1 C&J, then 2 Box Jumps and 1 C&J, then 3 Squat Cleans and 2 Box Jumps and 1 C&J, then 4.... Until you complete all 12 days of Christmas.

This gets really hard on the 9th day of Christmas. The SDHP's kill me. Pretty much everything unbroken. Great job everyone! This was fun...Merry Christmas!

I agree with Jen! I really hit the wall at the 11th day of Christmas but kept pushing hard. I started the last round at 18:40ish and had Jared motivating me to push hard that last round. SDHP's and Pullups were the only 2 exercises not unbroken every round. The pullups seemed tougher than normal with the setup we had. Squat Cleans and C&J's felt easy for me. OH Squats were unbroken but I felt unbalanced on some of them due to my left shoulder. Not sure how they looked but I believe I broke the horizontal plane. This is a great WOD and I can not wait until next year to do it again. Great Job everybody and as always it's great to do this with everyone!

120# DL/ 19' box jump/front squats for OHS
Squat cleans were hardest for me. Not sure why only has to do 3 at a time. Would never do this on my own so thanks for the workout.

Everything pretty much unbroken except for pullups; last few rounds were 4/2. Agree with Jen by 9 I started to slow down - especially at 11 with the OHS. Did this with Leslie and she did amazing!

Glad to be Rx'd! Not too thrilled w/the time. Got to SDHP and felt good, but then I slowed down with OH Squats. Kept the weight at 60# although really wanted to drop it. Was able to do 6/5, not totally full ROM, just missing my 13" box that was set out. Last round of DL's were split 4/3, every other round unbroken, pullups were mostly 3/3, and I started hesitating before the bj's again (prob because small space). Everything else unbroken.

Thank you Krista for the best present I could ever have hoped for! An epic wod to end a great year. :-)

Everything unbroken except pullups; 4/6 (one round did all 6). Felt good on this but it pretty much still sucked. OHS felt very good today.

Nice work Jenette; you should be proud of your hard work and dedication. Looking forward to 2013. :0)
