I felt slow on this although my Deadlifts were all unbroken. I was sleep deprived from working the last 96 hours straight.

not sure of the time. I did this at the high school while the wrestlers were lifting. I just wanted to get it done and did not just hang out. Besides they have some pretty nice lifting platforms I was taking advantage of.

Just did this WOD this morning! RD's where tough, used the purple band, DL's went well, felt real good!

This weight felt good, stopped once on the first and second sets, unbroken on the last. Ring dips were fast. My friend Julie joined and did 95# and box dips for her first dead lift wod, finished just after me at 6:38. Then, we went for a quick mile run. Good WOD!
