8 Rounds + 8 RD's + 5 BJ's. RX'd (12/03/12)This was much tougher than I expected. The first 5 Rounds were all unbroken. From 6 on Ring dips were all I had to break up (5 and 3). Ring Dips were good and I had the kipping down. Box Jumps were Box Jumps. OH Lunges were painful to my left shoulder. 95# was doable but with my L. Shoulder acting up I am glad I didn't. I went 6 steps down my driveway, turned around (with weight still OH) and went back up the driveway. It made it more challenging to turn around. Good WOD Otherwise!

6 rounds + 8 RDs,10 BJs, 9 OH lungesRing dips with purple band.I liked this WOD, especially after all the weights we have been doing. Did better on the OH lunges than I expected - only dropped it once on the 6th round. Did 2 rounds of ring dips unbroken, then had to break up into 5-3. Seemed like Krista breezed through everything and I was struggling to keep up! Nice job!
7 rounds Purple band/20"/45lbsCould have possibly gotten 1-2 RD's in after that but by the time I got reset there was 2 seconds left. This was challenging. I liked the OH Lunges with the bar; I could really feel it in my hamstrings...nice! Thanks for another fun wod Jen! You were right with me! :0)
