I feel like I am really slacking on my diet and on working out. It is hard to find the motivation throughout the workout.

(regular pullups, 14# WB@8 ft.)

I needed the longer WOD today, glad it is done, though! All pullups and KB's unbroken. A couple rounds of WB's I couldn't get a good rythm and I kept dropping the ball. Paul was a full round ahead of me by round 6.

Jared - you need to make it to more group WOD's. At least you are completing the WODs!

Regular Pullups
This was hard! Althought the time went fast. I didn't do C2B to preserve my shoulder. I was unbroken on everything but my Kettlebell Swings in the 11th and 12th rounds. These were by far the hardest exercise. Wallballs were not bad at all.
