4 Rounds + 280M Run RX'd (11/21/12)My goal was 4 rounds. I felt pretty good with this even though I absolutely did not feel like throwing down a WOD! Also my pushups fatigued in the end of Round 3. It doesn't help that I did 10 Rounds of 20 (200 Reps) with 135# of Bench Press Yesterday!Something else I realized. If I did 8 more rounds of Cindy (5,10,15) and a little more than 1200M Run it would have totaled MURPH which is 1 Mile, 20 Rounds of Cindy and 1 Mile. I would have easily done this in less than another 20 minutes. That would be a sub 40 for Murph. If I had time I might have continued.

Jenette - 3 roundsRan into the garage right when the timer was buzzing. Krista was about 6 seconds ahead of me. She killed the pushups! My runs were steady and I was able to track my pace and heartrate. Fastest pace was 6.12 min/mile, avg hr was 182 and max was 189.
3 rounds + 400m runJenette also had +400 meter run. 8 seconds left when I got to the driveway...I was toast. Jenette's pullups are so strong! Not a bad way to start the day.
Oh, I guess I ran 400 m too! :-)
(Did this a week ago, but I forgot to post it...14wks).4 rounds at 20:04. subbed more pushups for the pullups since i dont have a pullup bar at home...so did 15 pullups each round. Last two rounds i did pushups against a wall because it wasmaking me sick to my stomach hitting the ground.I
