I deadlifted 430#! PRI also did chest and biceps.I challenged myself to bench press 135# - 10 sets of 20. This is a total of 27,000# moved. I was able to get the first 3 sets unbroken. Sets 4 - 6 I broke into 2 sets getting at least 15 the first set. 7 - 10 I had to break up into 3 to 5 sets.I used to be able to do this unbroken and under 30 minutes.
