5 Front Squats
25 Pullups
4 Front Squats
20 Pullups
3 Front Squats
15 Pullups
2 Front Squats
10 Pullups
1 Front Squats
5 Pullups

Front Squats - The weight should be HEAVY! Pick a weight that will be difficult but what you can do. If you can clean 100#, try at least 90# for the FS. Have Fun!

Don't forget to post your time and weight.

6:33 RX'd @ 185# (11/27/12)

I was very happy with my weight and time although I think I could have gone faster if I was doing it with somebody else.
Immediately after I did 185# Thrusters twice. I then put on 205# (Body Weight) and was able to Power Clean the weight and perform 1 Thruster. 1 Body Weight Thruster! I am Jacked! I also recorded it.

Holy Crap Paul!!I could barely clean the 185lb barbell for my five rounds much less thruster 205 Great Job!
Cleaned the bar every round except the 3rd round I failed and had to restart. Did a pull up WOD yesterday so Pullups were broken up.

I forgot to add:
All Front Squats were unbroken.
Pullups were unbroken in first and alst round (25 and 5).
I failed once on my clean in round 4.

Warmed up with some power cleans before the WOD. PR'd @ 100#! The front squats at 90# were good - could barely get all 5 in on the first round. Pullups weren't bad: 15-6-4, 7-7-6, 5-5-4-1, 4-3-3, 3-2

Did this WOD on 12/04/12. Was a bit tough going from the PU's to lifting the Frt/Sqt's. weight was just right for me.

90lbs for the first rnd of FS
85lbs remaining FS's

I could not get the bar up for FS after the first 5; tried twice but for some reason I could not get under it. GRRR!! So mad. Pull ups went ok. Ripped on the 2nd to last one. Jenette plowed right through this! Glad I got it done. Better next time.

This was the perfect weight, heavy but not impossible. Pullups were decent, although I only got 7 in a row at first then 5 at a time, then down to 4 or 3. I kept having to drop for the very last pullup! Thanks so much Krista for having me over. This was the perfect wod to do in the garage on a rainy day. :-)
