Wow, this was tough. Managed to do all thrusters and T2B unbroken. My arms feel like Jell-o now! Med ball runs are much harder than sandbag runs.

Good WOD! I was able to do each round unbroken. My Thrusters were slow through round 4 and the last round. I was very controlled due to my shoulder not feeling up to par. My T2B were slightly slower due to being more controlled.

Good wod. All TH and T2B unbroken; had to fight to hold on the last few rounds as I was losing my grip and my TH's felt sloooowww. Runs were tough with the wb. I am beat; thank you Jenette! :0)

This was a tough one; definitely had to meditate through the thrusters. Unbroken for the first 3 rounds. The wallball run was really annoying more than tough. I could never find a good way to carry it and had to keep adjusting.
