Jenette - 55#, all snatches5:33 (3 rounds)12:24 (6 rounds)I split-up the reps 6/4 every round. Focused on resetting grip and feet each time I stopped, and breath control. Felt great!! Hunter did very well with 75# C&J and 250m rows, 5:58 and 15:52.
