3:58 (3 rounds) RX'd (11/15/12)
8:55 (6 rounds) RX'd

The first 3 Rounds felt good and were with all Snatches and unbroken. The fourth Round I did all C&J's and were unbroken. This really slowed me down so I did the last 2 rounds with Snatches. I broke them up into 6 and 4. Hard WOD!

Rx'd

1st 3 rounds I did as snatches; rnds 4-5 I did C&J and although the movement took longer I could do more in a row. 6th round I split up 5 C&J and 5 snatches. I felt good. Thanks Leslie!!

Jenette - 55#, all snatches

5:33 (3 rounds)
12:24 (6 rounds)

I split-up the reps 6/4 every round. Focused on resetting grip and feet each time I stopped, and breath control. Felt great!! Hunter did very well with 75# C&J and 250m rows, 5:58 and 15:52.
