Good Metcon WOD! I did the first round of DU's unbroken. I was at 48 on my second round when my JR hit Jen's JR laying on the ground. Therefor it tripped me up with 2 DU's left.

This seemed tougher than it should have. I am sore from the last few days of workouts. Was hoping to do better on DU's but only getting 10-15 at a time.

I agree with Paul This was a good metcon. I did the first round of dus unbroken and then did 30/20 on the second.

Subbed rowing for running. Kept getting tripped up on the jump rope. Got 20 in a row the first round, then only about 10 after that. Singles in between still.

I was so tired on this but just kept pushing through. Could not get more than 20 DU's in a row. Was glad when I was done.
