My row felt a little slower than normal. Burpees and pushups were tough. I really struggled on the pushups.

This WOD was tough!. My arms were shot after the first round and made the Burpees hard! The Pushups were even harder

Carlie- 17:58 pushups on knees

we did a mile warm up to start and got a little over 8 min. Carlie is doing so awesome with these warmups and really pushing through them and the workouts.

The row was done in 4:38, avg pace 2:17. Burpees and push-ups burned my shoulders, and a few pu's were not hr (forgot). The last run was ok. Even though I didn't beat Krista, I'm happy with my improvement!!! Thanks to Krista and Leslie for joining me, having company makes these WOD's so much fun :-).

This was good. HR Pushups were the worst. Felt strong on the run at the end.

It was nice to finally hook up with Jenette, it been awhile. Thanks Krista. I haven't done a row in 2 years, yes TWO years!!! I did really well I think. Kept it right around 29/30. The Burpees where fine,but the H/R pu where brutal on the shoulders! The run, well you can only imagine how that went Lol. i was still over all happy with the out come.
