Good Wod! This wasn't too bad but makes you want to push all you have! The first round my Shoulder felt fatigued and was bothering me alot. It got better but still bothered me throughout the WOD.

OMG! The run was so slow, I haven't done Thrs in in awhile, very fatigued by the 3rd Rd. Everyones form was good, Thxs for the push Rachel & Krista! Paul you push to hard, there is such a thing! Good job
