I screwed up on posting the WOD - should have been 12 OHS - we only did 10.

This killed me! I was already dying after the 1st row. Did 1st 2 rounds of OHS unbroken. Got 33 DU's on first round (my best stretch yet - still 1 single in between).

95# OH Squats and only 10 Reps per round.
I killed this! I was unbroken on OH Squats and my first round of Double Unders. I did 31-19 and 36-14 the next 2 rounds. I used only 95# on OHS to preserve my shoulder. I could have easily done 115# but with this movement it puts alot of torque on my shoulder due to limited mobility. I also accidentally did 10 Reps per round instead of 12 because the WOD was posted incorrectly. Doing 2 more reps per round would have been cake and taken no longer than 5-10 seconds.

Great I only did 10 reps as well. Guess I need to go back and finish tonight. First rep on overhead squats I was off and dropped the bar. After that slip up I was able to do all sets unbroken. Despite only doing 10 reps I thought this was a great WOD, thanks guys.

Didn't seem like it took that long. Bummer. Wanted to do 60lbs but knew it would be too much. 1st 2 rounds OHS unbroken; 3rd round 8/4. DU's were tough. None unbroken. Last round worst at 20/10/10/10. Blah.
Jenette was breathing down my neck on this wod; great work!

Jenette - 16:11, 50#, subbed DU's for 2x alternating high knees.

I felt great on this WOD and have started watching my efficiency numbers on the rower screen which has helped me improve form and feel better in general. OHS were unbroken for the first round, then dropped bar once on 2nd and 3rd rounds, mainly because my hands were slipping out too far. I took a chance on the alternating high knees that they would be equivalent to DU's but that is probably not the case. However, it's helping with my coordination and rope speed, and my HR shot up so, all in all it was good.
