I felt really good! Although the Double Unders gave me a sceaming headache. Double Unders were unbroken all rounds.

15:43 RX'd Having problems getting a good rhythm with those DUs and doing a singles in between. Injured my toe doing my race, so hopefull. the boot won't have to make an appearance. It was hard to do lunges and burpees on it though. Carlie killed the wo! Way to go lady! And we both ran a mile together as a warm up...8min/mile.

Can't seem to speed up the burpees. Jello legs for lunges. A couple trip ups each round of DU's. So nice to workout without the blazing heat.
