22:43 RX'd (10/23/12)Tough WOD! I was really happy with my performance. I was able to get a minimum of 6 Pullups at the start of each round and finished Unbroken the last round. My Ring Dips were stronger than I thought they would be. I did not do this in April as I was still recovering from surgery.
Did yesterdays WOD with Krista and Rachel today! Might do todays WOD tomorrow
26:56First 3 sets I did ring dips unassisted. I then noticed I was going very very very slow so I decided to scale it. I then put my feet up on a box for assistance. All pullups were unassisted. Jared

Just did this WOD this morning. Not great time, but I haven't done much in a way of pullups latley. Ring Dips first 2Rds no band, rest with Purple Band. Run was very slow.27:26Purple Band
