Hurt my neck last week some how, doing OHS. So I put something together, that wasn't so harsh on the neck! Well the Situps hurt the most, did Stepups, DU where great at all! Pushups where sluggish, Burpess ok! I hurt this morning. Krista thanks for the push!3RdsStepupsSingles mostly12:51
14:58 RX'dGREAT WOD! But hard! My first set was unbroken, second set was 10 and 5 and the rest I was able to get at least the first 7. Row was about 1:42 the first round and under 2:00 every round after. I ended up doing 1 rep more about 10 seconds after I finished because I didn't completely lock out my right arm during the final round. All must do this.
Jenette - 25:46, 55#, then 50#, then 45#Let's just say this was harder than expected. We were so optimistic of our bench press ability! But it took a lot of adjustments, and even at the last round with 45# I got 7 then 2 and 1 at a time. Thanks for Krista and Tory! I couldn't have done it otherwise.
