I beat my last time, so I am happy. This was a good workout - I was dying after the WBs and DUs. Did first 30 WBs unbroken, DUs 27-13, and the rest unbroken.

Runs were too slow. Got all WB and KB unbroken. Tripped up on DU's 2x's. BJ and lunges were good. Great job Jenette and Sandra!

This was a good wod, but wish I could master DU's. Tried a few alternating high-knees as an alternate but went back to fast singles to build wrist speed. This is definitely something I need to work on every day.

Dus kept tripping up on. KBs felt so heavy to me. I can tell I haven't done them in a while.
