17:06 Rx'dOuch I was really struggling with this WOD. Every set was broken. I had to drop the weight between cleans and push press and then again before the front squats.

Ran 400m instead of 200 since I only had 45# to do the wo at home. Really concentrated on my squats. Trying not to bring my knees in. Doing better. Oddly enough the push press was what fatigued me most.22:29 w/ 400m runs and 45#
Did this WOD with Rachel today! I didn't really enjoy this one! Run was slow, PC and Fsqt where unbroken till the 5th Rd, PP I only made it through the first 2Rds unbroken. Rachel kept right up with me! Nice job21:39Rx'dRachel21:3045lbs
