Ouch I was really struggling with this WOD. Every set was broken. I had to drop the weight between cleans and push press and then again before the front squats.
Crappy WOD. I need to clean up my diet and push harder on these WODs this was not a difficult but I was very slow back in May and this time around. May I was recovering from my broken ribs.
Ran 400m instead of 200 since I only had 45# to do the wo at home. Really concentrated on my squats. Trying not to bring my knees in. Doing better. Oddly enough the push press was what fatigued me most.
Did this WOD with Rachel today! I didn't really enjoy this one! Run was slow, PC and Fsqt where unbroken till the 5th Rd, PP I only made it through the first 2Rds unbroken. Rachel kept right up with me! Nice job
This one is always tough; FS wore me down. Fought to push through all reps w/out dropping bar. I have been all over the place on this wod! Jen and Jenette great job. I would not have done this as well without the 2 of you! :0)

I felt good! I never had to put the bar down. I am still beating my times and really happy about that!

Push press was tough! Focused on form. Thanks for joining me, Krista and Jen! My time isn't any faster but I went up in weight.
