10/21/12400m Run 01:26 PRYesturday went rock climbing 180' climb. It was amazing. Just wanted to say THANK YOU Jen and Paul for introducing me to crossfit, and thank you to everyone that posts for the friendly compitition. It has opened up the world to me. Thank you so much for helping get back into the shape I need to be in to enjoy life.
@ Deneshia - We really appreciate your comment. We have seen it change many lives including ours. As you stated it is friendly competition that pushes us to limits we didn't know we had. It gives us the fundamentals to become stronger faster and quicker. It focuses on on Cardivascular, Stamina, Stregnth, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy that prepares us for everyday true-life events. Don't forget that it is you that got you to where you are at. It is you that pushed yourself to the limit, forced yourself to learn the fundamentals and grueled through the feel-good pain of each and every WOD you did.
