Harder than it looks! the squat cleans were tough - glad I went with 75# instead of 80#.

Good WOD but feeling it after maxing out on Deadlifts yesterday. I was able to complete the first round unbroken and in 1:45. BJ's were tough after SC's. I don't know why but my butt would nearly touch my heels on every SC I did. I think it felt better on my back to squat all the way down to get upright as my back was already fatigued.

Recorded this one to watch my starting deadlift position and depth of squat. Hit a wallball each time, and did about 4 in a row and then reset to make sure I was in the right starting position again. Box jumps still make me hesitate at the start, but I can keep going without stopping after that. Good wod!
