Post Row Time and Total Reps for DB Thrusters.

Tabata Thrusters - With a running clock, perform 20 Seconds of Work followed by 10 Seconds of Rest for 8 Rounds. This will take 4 minutes exactly.

This was harder than I expected. I actually did 8 my first round but beeped when I was coming out of my squat. Give everything you have on this one as it is short.

The thrusters were tough. My reps went like this: 7,6,5,5,4,3,4,4. Nice, quick workout.

I probably got an extra rep or two in because we had a malfuntion with the DB so I ended up with extra rest time...my form probably was not too great either...thank you Jenette - your DB TH looked great!! :0) I liked this wo.

I am really regretting the two 4's...man was my left arm wobbly! I totally relied on my legs. Squats felt great, deep and balanced. Wish I had better db's. Thanks to Krista for cheering me on! You killed this one. Good WOD!
