Good WOD! I am glad I didn't do 2 rounds. Pullups were 30, 10, 6 and 4 @ 2:17. Situps were slow and finished at ~6:00. OHS were good and finished @ 9:44. Double Unders were 45, 20 and 10.

Pullups just destroyed me and I was beyond fatigued for DU's. Sit ups were good as were OHS (30+20). Jenette joined me on this and she did so amazing! Nice work and thanks! Would not have done this wod one on my own. :0)

Pulls were the hardest for me. OHS were okay. DUs still one single for every double.

Good job Krista on the OHS. 30 and 20....awesome! My goal was 10 at a time, but I only got that twice. Then it was 5 or so at a time.

Pullups felt good, situps were a nice rest (time for the GHD!). Krista, you totally killed the OHS. My shoulder was burning and out of energy about about rep 30. I just focused on my balance. I did try double unders and got about 10 total but didn't count them, did 225 singles.

@ Krista - If you suck, then the rest of us did too (except Paul, of course)! Pullups - did 15 in a row, then mostly strings of 5, the last five were one at a time. Situps were tough after 40, OHS were tough - did 2 sets of 10, then 7 and less from there. Broke a few times on DU's.

It was a nice nightat the park. thanks Lisa and Sandra for joining me. Hope to do more group WODs starting next week!

Thanks Krista. I was thinking about doing a second after I finished the first but thought keep doing what I am doing to stregnthen my shoulder. Do do to much and no need to aggrevate it especially when my progress has shot up. Also I am glad I didn't do a second round!
