12:26 RX'd (10/22/12)This was a good WOD! My second pull and last half of my Squat Snatch felt great. I was able to get under fast and drive through to finish. It was my first pull that was fatiguing on my core and legs. Shuttle Sprints felt slow. Otherwise I am happy with my performance.
12:00; 55lbsMy squats should have been lower rnds 3-5; first 2 rnds were better. I took a seat on my last rep and re-did it. Thanks Leslie and Rachel; good job!
This was fun NOT, the girls showed me up today!! lol Haven't used weights in awhile, so it was a bit tough. Nice job with your Squat Snatch, form was very good!! As for me I subbed Back Squats for Snatches.12:26?60#'sBack Squats
10/23/12Deneshia 07:03hmmmm maybe only four rounds.Push press 45# fast and felt like I had good form. Time to increase weight. Squat Snatch - Pvc pipe. It was nice to breeze through a workout. Guess its time to try weighted snatches.

19:15; 50#I really wasn't up to this today, but did it anyway. Did a power snatch and then an OHS instead of squat snatch, so that slowed me down a bit. Good workout though.
