I did Chest, Bi's and Tri's in the gym with free weights.
My First day in the gym in years! I have decided to build some lean muscle and size to help stabilize my shoulder. I plan on doing this only on shift which will be every third day. On my 2 days off shift I will hit the CrossFit hard. Yes basically I will have no days off.
