**May Sub 50 Bicep Curls (40#/65#) for 5 Rope Climbs

Bicep curls
16" box jump (all that was available)

Pushups were tough after doing 100 yesterday. Bicep curls were different - broke into 3 sets. OH squats were good - 2 sets.

Rx'd w/ bicep curls

This was pretty good; went something like this:
Pushups: 30+10+5+5
DU's: 37+13
K2E: 10+5+5+5
Curls: 30+10+10
BJ's: just kept going
OHS: unbroken
Pullups: 5+5+5+3+3+2+2
Situps: 30+10+3+7
