27:49 RX'd (10/01/12) - Good Mornings
WOW! I wanted to quit! The K2E's, Wallballs and Burpees killed me. Burpee's took 6:00. I did half by laying down and getting back up. I was at 7:20 after the Lunges. I was able to get 35 DU's off the bat!

Started with WB's and then Lunges.

Ouch!!! Box jumps were rough, breezed through jumping pull-ups, lunges and Kettlebell swings. Knees to elbows and burpees kicked my butt I took at least 5-7 minutes to get through both. Wall balls, gm's and double insets were tough but I just pushed through it. What a workout. In the middle of burpees I was thinking what am I doing to myself lol happy to get this one done!

WOW Crappy time. Unfortunately I messed up and did not do jumping pullups properly. I had to jump about a foot each time in order to reach the bar. I started with the bar way to high. Other than that I was really slow and not looking forward to this WOD.

Jenette - 29:19 (is it possible I had the exact same time as last year???), 20" bj, 25# dumbbell kb, 35 toes 2 bar (ugh by accident!! then switched to k2e for last 15 when Krista said something), 30#pp, 30#gm, 12# wb @ 9', burpees (about 10 were step-backs as my shoulders were toast), singles.

Not horrible but was hoping for a better time. Burpees were too slow; felt sick by then and legs were jello for DU's stopped - 3 times on those.
