I felt great! I did the first round of DL's unbroken and put the bar down only once until round 6. I was almost able to do pushups unbroken every round. I was unbroken with Double Unders except for the first round when it hit my storage racks in the garage.

Surprised on how much better my time was. I think my new rope is helping me out - only tripped up once on the first set of DU's. Broke once on all reps of DLs until 6. Pushups were tough, but pushed through them.

Fun WOD was only able to do the first set of 21 and then 9, 6, and 3 unbroken of DLs. All pushups unbroken. Double unders were good but not perfect.
