I forgot why I hate this WOD! This always hurts. I am happy for my time even weighing in at 214#. I have been hitting the weights on my shift days. Also I realized that the 1200M Run is about 35M - 40M too long. That would be about 6 seconds off my time and more in range.

Did this at the park, previous times were around my block. As always, the 1200m is the worst part.
