I took my own advice and am being smart. I decreased my weight to help stregnthen my shoulder rather than delaying healing or possibly injuring it. And I am glad I did. I can't believe I only beat my best time by 1 second and did all I could to beat it. I focused on correct form rather than brut stregnth! Glad this one is over.

I am really glad I stuck with 75# (was thinking about doing 80#). This was tough - was able to do the first 6 SC in a row, then it was stop and go after that.
