7 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (45#/75#)
7 Hang Power Snatches (45#/75#)
7 Overhead Squats (45#/75#)

The weight is really 60#/95# but I think it is best to decrease the weight on this and get good form while learning and still going hard.

Did this with Krista today! This sucked for me. I hate OHS, there my worst nitemare! Shoulder can't take that abuse. 45#'s is about all I can do. DL"S piece of cake, Hang Snt, not to shabby, Krista slammed right through this! Way to go women. I also ran some today with the dog early this morning, maybe 2mls!

Knocked this out with Leslie this afternoon. Fun. Got the first 3 rnds unbroken. Rnds 4-7 completed all 7 snatch grip DL and HPS dropped bar and completed all OHS.

Nice work Leslie; way to push through it! :0)

I have no idea how I beat my last time. I was able to do the first 2 rounds and deadlifts of round 3 before dropping the bar. My grip was what fatigued me. My OH Squats were tough on my shoulder but was able to manage.

Did this with Lisa this morning. This was good practice - I've been feeling rusty on the OHS. First time for Lisa doing OHS - she did great!

Last time I did snatches I hurt my shoulder, but I was ready to try again and take it nice and slow to work on my form and make sure I didn't hurt myself again. OHS were the worst. A couple of times the bar got too far forward and I had to drop it. Just the difference in the grip was something I had tks get use to. Thank you Jen for taking the time to teach me he movements. You were a great teacher.

This was challenging and fun. I really focused on form especially during OHS. Still could not quite hit the wallball and did fall once. My shoulders were burning by the end. Good, quick wod. :-)

Tough but felt I had good form throughout. I was sick the last two days and have no energy. Next time should be faster.
