100' Walking Lunges

I felt pretty good on this... thought I would have beat my last time. I did do 32 lunges per round as that is actually how many I have to do with my short legs to get to 100 ft. My pullups felt strong.

This seemed for ever! Hands where to sweety for the bar. Situps/Lunges where good. Krista still pushed through even with torn hands! Nice job all of you.

Deneshia 25:11 purple band
21 pullups unbroken, then sets of 4+ until last round. Had to break..more like stop, during pullups in the set of 12 due to arm cramps. Almost thought I was going to have to skip that last set of 3 pullups; failed my first attempt, tried again with last 3 unbroken. Yay! I made it to the end.
Arms are still tight.

Red band for PU's

I broke every set on PU's at least one time. Situps and lunges were okay. I felt good, I know I will be feeling this one tomorrow!

My sets were the same as yours Paul. I got 16+2 then 10+3+2, then 9+3. First set of 21 and sets of 9,6,and 3 all unbroken. I had about 8 secs between situps and Lunges since our driveway is on a hill I did not start in the garage. Although next time I think I will just do them in my garage.

I felt good throughout, hardly any breaks except during pullups. I got 11 in a row during the first two rounds, then 5 at a time after that. I just took a few seconds to shake out my arms and got right back on. Lunges made the legs start burning during the last three rounds but did not take breaks. Lunged up and down our sloped driveway.
