Thanks for the WO today Ladies, you all look great! It was nice to finally get a chance to WO with you! Pullups where slipprey from all the sweat, SDH's where good, I hate Burpees, Jen made me dizzy, I had to go faster to keep up with her! Thanks Jen13:05Rx'd
12:58 Rx'dYay! My hands were not quite ready for pullups yet but with my chalk (Thank YOU Jenette!) I managed to get through them; SDHP were tough today and burpees were kind of slow. Nice work ladies!
11:50 RX'd w/ C2B Pullups (09/04/12)I was able to get the first 10 C2B Unbroken. I finished round 1 under 3:00. My 2nd round I had to do 3,2,2,2,2,2,2 C2B and the Burpees were hard. The 3rd round I did 1,2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1,1 C2B. Again Burpees killed me and every round I had to drop the SDHP twice. But I was able to keep going with minimal rest.
my time was 13:43 or 53? if Jen still has the results she will have to let me know on the time for sure. I did 55# SDHP. Such a tough one. Pulls where where I lost a ton of time. I got 5 in a row the first round, and by the last round the last 10 were one at a time. Thanks to he group for the push!
Jenette - 13:51, 55#This was a good wod, but had lots of distractions! Kids running in and out of the garage, needing stuff. That wouldn't have bothered me if my time was faster. :-) Pullups were good, stayed consistent at 7-4-4.
