Just did Fridays WOD today! Posted there.
17:10 Rx's w/ 14# WB @ 8 ft.Tough one! Only set of wallballs unbroken was the last! First round was 20-15-10-5. Rows were OK. 500m was about 2:10.
14:59 RX'd (09/20/12)My goal was sub 15:00! This was a good exhausting WOD! I felt lethargic before the WOD and had no motivation. I continued to feel lethargic during the first 500M (slow) and could only get the first 25 WB's. I didn't pick it up until the 200M Row when I realized I could still obtain my goal.
17:49 RX'dThe first 50 wallballs were rough. Every set of wallballs were broken except for the last one. The rows felt good. Good workout!!
@ Vanessa - I believe you did all 20 as well. I remember you going "Ahhhhhgggg!"
@ Paul I remember doing 15 & 5. I can remember this because you said 11-9 then switched it to 15-5. I had 15 set in my mind that I was going to reach it and half way through I had bad thoughts going through my head lol but I did it!
can I sub running for the row in this wod?
Jenette - 15:51, Rx'dI was trying to catch Krista the whole time since we were staggered and she started first. The first 50 I got 25 unbroken,then did 10's then 5. 40 was the worst! 30 was 10-10-10, 20 & 10 unbroken.
17:41 16lb WB @7ftWow. This was a great wod. Jenette KILLED this one. Not sure how she got nearly 2 minutes on me; we were neck and neck the whole way. After I finisehd my 500m row she started. By the time I finished my 50 WB's she finished her row and we rotated all the way through. My pace on row was 2:09-2:15. WB's only got the 10 unbroken. Thank you for kick starting my day Jenette! :0)
19:48 Rx'dCRAPPY CRAP-FEST!!! Do not like wallballs at all. I need to improve my running and wallballs. My first row was 1:46 for my 500m. There after all my row times were averaging a sub 2min 500m row. I don't like to complain but I really don't like these wallballs.Jared

Krista, I think since I was gaining on you little by little each round I made up ground. Like I was doing my 50 wallballs against your 400m row, etc. We started at 2 mins apart but ended seconds apart as I did my 10 wallballs right after you finished yours.
