No excuse, my shoulder has been bothering me. Regardless I am happy with the time. I was unbroken on everything except some pauses on Burpees. Took to long of breaks between rounds.

How do you write modified? Lol
I used 55 pounds.

Broke the first set of 10 thrusters then pushed through the rest. By far my hardest workout to date. Burpees were not to bad I struggled moving quickly from one exercise the another. I had to take a lot of breaks to catch my breath. Good workout, I am happy I pushed through it!

Yeah! Did all thrusters and SDHP unbroken - that was my goal. I did have to rest with the bar a few times on thrusters though. I was hurting after this one!

Too many rests in between sets; dropped bar once in round 8 on TH's, everything else unbroken. TH's were toughest for me today by
6 I was really pushing to get through them.

Need to borrow a little weight from someone to do this one. Ran Westar hill today with Devin. Such a good workout. 10 times running up, and ten times walking down.

Lisa, you can buy steel plates at Play It Again Sports for real cheap. Get some 10s, 5s and 2.5s.

Don't forget this was one of your first WOD's if not your first. You did this March 08, 2011 and you have halved your time!

This was ok, really concentrated on full ROM and held the front squat. I increased weight and slightly beat my previous time, so that's good!
