I am very impressed. I didn't feel like working out today but once I started I gave it everything. I finished 3 rounds in just over 3 minutes. The jumping lunges were my saving grace. They weren't bad at all!

I wasn't too into it today, just wanted to get it over with. Did the first round of ring dips with my feet on boxes, then realized that they were in way when I did T2B so I switched to the purple band. The ring dips were tough - the rest wasn't too bad.

Red band for RD

I was pretty tired today but after reading that krista did 2 WO's I have no room to complain! RD's were hard, that was first time ever doing them.

Thanks Krista! I surely ddin't get my nap thats for sure.Felt good afterwards! Broke down and used a purple Band for RD's, T2B where so crapy, lunges legs felt like jello!

First set was the only set of unbroken ring dips. Ring dips were the only thing in this WOD that was really holding me back.

This felt great, even though I did 60 T2B in a wod yesterday (8/2/12). Recorded this in hopes of improvement. Now I just have to try not watch it too many times.
