7 RoundsI wasn't too into it today, just wanted to get it over with. Did the first round of ring dips with my feet on boxes, then realized that they were in way when I did T2B so I switched to the purple band. 6 rounds + 1 RDRed band for RDI was pretty tired today but after reading that krista did 2 WO's I have no room to complain! RD's were hard, that was first time ever doing them.

7 + 4 Ring DipsFirst set was the only set of unbroken ring dips. Ring dips were the only thing in this WOD that was really holding me back.Jared
Jenette - 8 rounds + 7 RD's, purple bandThis felt great, even though I did 60 T2B in a wod yesterday (8/2/12). Recorded this in hopes of improvement. Now I just have to try not watch it too many times.
